What about pets?
During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable - not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Are you insured and guarantee your work?
We have insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
How many times a year should I have my carpets cleaned?
Cleaning frequency depends on a number of things such as the number of occupants in the household, pets, smokers and children. On average you should clean your carpets every six months.
Can steam cleaning damage my carpets?
No. Hot water extraction is considered to be the best method for removing embedded soil and other contaminants. It is also the preferred cleaning method by the leading carpet manufacturers.
Can pet odours and urine be removed?
Yes! We use special chemicals and agents that are specific for the removal or pet smells and are also pet friendly!
What should I do about furniture in the room?
Our technicians will happily move any furniture that does not require more than one person. We would also kindly ask that you remove small objects and breakables before the technician arrives.
Will all stains be removed?
We can’t guarantee to remove every stain. Unfortunately, some permanently damage the carpet fibres and no amount of specialist cleaning will reverse this.
How long are drying times?
When your carpets are professionally cleaned, your carpets will feel damp to the touch. Carpets, dependant on fibre can take 1-2 hours up to 4-6 hours, this is the same for upholstery. You can help with drying times by having the windows open for air circulation, and on colder days having the heating on.
After care?
We recommend that all carpets and upholstery are fully dry before returning to normal use, as this can re soil.
